Terms of Service

By using Chirp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Chirp is operated from Romania, EU.

Chirp is a platform for creating status pages, managing incidents, monitoring uptime, and notifying subscribers. We offer free and paid plans with different feature limits.

You must provide a valid email address and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Billing disputes and refunds are handled through them. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

Do not use Chirp to violate laws, send spam, scrape the service, access other accounts, or interfere with the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep Chirp available, but we do not guarantee uptime or provide a formal SLA. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

You own the content you create on Chirp. You grant us a license to host and display it as part of the service. Chirp's design, code, and branding are our intellectual property.

Your use of Chirp is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@getchirp.dev. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chirp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the EU. EU consumer protection laws may entitle you to bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these terms. Continued use of Chirp after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page.
